“10/10! In my opinion, the combination between the monthly talks, training and social plans (lunches and finishing dinner) has been really good. It gives a sense of being in a team and working towards a common goal. At the same time, we are all leaning a lot along the way, about how the body works, how to exercise properly and safely, and how to take more conscious choices in our diets.
